Why We Sell Bosch

Read a list of reasons why Bosch’s heating and air conditioning system is right for your home located on the Wasatch Front.

Dishwashers, power tools, kitchen mixers, windshield wipers and now HVAC? Yes, Bosch really must do it all. Here’s a quick list of reasons why Bosch’s heating and air conditioning system might be just right for your home located on the Wasatch Front.

EFFICIENT

Bosch’s heat pump condenser has been in the HVAC market for about 8 years. The current generation of condensers quickly and quietly heats and cools your home using a modulating compressor. This modulating compressor has 85 stages, or levels, which means it can gently and quickly ramp up and down to keep the air coming through your vents at just the right temperature.

Think of driving your car—do you drive 60 mph or 0 mph? Of course not! That would be dangerous, wear out your vehicle’s engine and brakes quickly, and lead to very bad gas mileage. Instead, you slowly accelerate and decelerate to get the most out of your vehicle and optimize gas mileage. Bosch’s modulating compressor works the same way.

RELIABLE

Bosch’s outdoor condenser components are designed to be robust and durable. The cooling coil is surrounded with thick metal protecting it from a wayward soccer ball or an unfortunate bump with the lawn mower. The coils themselves are coated with an anti-corrosive material that withstands water, snow, ice, sun, salt, and even does well when the dog decides to do a little territory marking.

Bosch’s outdoor condensers boast a 1-in-10,000 fail rate—far below industry average. But don’t fret if you’re the unlucky one. Bosch offers a 10-year warranty right out of the box; no special registration or ownership transfers to worry about.

CONVENIENT

While other manufacturers have features similar to Bosch’s units, few can match the flexibility and convenience. Bosch’s heating and air conditioning systems can pair with nearly any thermostat. With this flexibility, you can pair your system with an EcoBee Smart Thermostat or an inexpensive, non-programmable thermostat.

Bosch also understands that not everyone is ready to replace their entire heating and air conditioning system at one time. For those looking to take a more modest approach, Bosch’s offers outdoor units that will pair with a variety of existing indoor blowers/furnaces.

DISCREET AND QUIET

How often have you been outside on a summer evening and heard your AC unit from around the corner of your home sounding like it’s trying to launch itself into outer space? Bosch’s outdoor unit runs at an average of 56 dB, which is similar to some household refrigerators. So, instead of hearing a SpaceX imitation rocket, you’ll be enjoying the sounds of summer.

Without all the noise, you might find your Bosch unit difficult to locate. That’s because the outdoor condenser measures in at less than 30” square and is no more than 39” tall. At that size, you’ll no longer need to imagine ways to incorporate an air conditioner in your landscape design.

So why Bosch? Because you want a quiet, reliable, small, and efficient HVAC system in your home. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, contact one of the specialists at Blue Best Plumbing, Heating, Air, Generators for more information.
